These are then covered with fiberglass-reinforced plastic laminate (GRP) and food-grade white isophthalic gel-coat.
The floor features a load-bearing structure reinforced with marine-grade plywood, while the door frames are finished in anodized aluminum.
We include inspection ports for door mechanisms and lighting, and we install an internal lighting system within the load compartment.
You can choose whether or not to install a refrigeration unit; we are authorized installers for Carrier, Thermo King, and Zanotti.
Optional features include a recessed housing for the refrigeration unit's condenser, specialized insulation for transporting fish or meat, internal bulkheads with dual-temperature kits, load-securing tracks, fixed or removable shelving, and liquid collection tanks.
The insulation we create will be YOUR insulation, tailor-made to suit your specific needs.
All our installations are eligible for ATP testing and certification.
